Kate, Greek seasoning can be found in our seasoning aisle. I googled and found this recipe. I haven’t ever tried it, so I can’t vouch for it! Happy Crockin’!
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon beef-flavored bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Serve with steaks,
pork chops, chicken, or fish.Yield: 1/4 cup. Store herb containers in a dark,
cool, dry place up to six months. Because heat weakens spice flavors, avoid
displaying seasonings on open racks above or near cook tops or ovens. Store
seldom-used seasonings in the freezer to maintain freshness.

What is greek seasoning? Can I make my own?

This turned out great! Next time plan to add a total of 4 small cans of black olives sliced (I normally don’t like olives), add double the tomatoes, and add marinated artichoke hearts. Served with feta cheese over spaghetti noodles and pita bread with a taziki sauce. Delicious!

It’s reaaly your choice about what kind of garlic to use. We use the jarred minced garlic just to save that extra step. If you use garlic cloves, use two – three cloves.

Love this recipe…but I have a question on the garlic. What type of garlic should be used; salt, powder, clove?

It’s our new favorite dish! The flavor is SO FULL & RICH! It literally falls off of the bone, so it’s easy to de-bone! Can serve as the main dish or can serve inside of pita triangles with salad, feta, and tzatiki sauce.(our fav – and couscous on the side). My kids absolutely love it! So easy and delicious!
