Meat and Cheese Mexican Dip –¬†Delicous recipe made with a slow cooker


  • 1 Pound Ground Beef (cooked and drained)
  • 1 Can Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  • 1 Can Chili con Carne
  • 2 Pounds Velveeta


  1. Step One

    Melt down the Velveeta Cheese in slow cooker until smooth.

  2. Step Two

    Add rest of ingredients til warm.

  3. Step Three

    Serve with Tortilla Chips. Yummy and Hearty!

    This one looks good , will have to try that. I do have a dip recipe that only takes three ingredients. 1. 1lb. of breakfast sausage.
    2. 1 can of Rotel tomatoes ( Spicy or Regular)
    3. 1 and 1/2 pound of Velveeta

    Brown sausage, put into crock, add Rotel and Velveeta and heat for two hours to melt ingredients together. Eat with tortilla chips or Frito Scoops. ENJOY!
