Green Chili Stew

Used 6-quart slow cooker
Tasty, fluffy mashed potatoes for a crowd.
- 5 Pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1 inch)
- 1 Can Chicken broth
- 4 Tablespoons butter (cut into pieces)
- 8 Ounce Cream cheese w/chives
- couple Pinches black pepper
Put cut up potatoes in crock pot with broth and butter. Cook on High until soft (4-5 hours).
Add remaining ingredients and mash. Keep in crock pot on low until ready to use.
** May add milk if they are too stiff especially after sitting.
