Cowboy Pork Chops & Potatoes

Note: this can be done with hamburger also in place of pork chops. 2lb browned & drained.

Cook Time 5 hrs

Tasty, fluffy mashed potatoes for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 5 Pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1 inch)
  • 1 Can Chicken broth
  • 4 Tablespoons butter (cut into pieces)
  • 8 Ounce Cream cheese w/chives
  • couple Pinches black pepper

Directions

  1. Step One

    Put cut up potatoes in crock pot with broth and butter. Cook on High until soft (4-5 hours).
    Add remaining ingredients and mash. Keep in crock pot on low until ready to use.
    ** May add milk if they are too stiff especially after sitting.
