  Love this roast recipe. It truly is "to die for". I always add potatoes, carrots and sometimes an onion to the bottom of the crock pot first. Then I put the roast on top followed by the remaining ingredients as the recipe calls for. Awesome!

  This is hands down the best pot roast recipe I have made! My boyfriend fell in love with it immediately and even his 6 and 10 year old love it. I add carrots, potatoes, and crimini mushrooms at about the 7 hour mark and let it all go for the final 2 hours. Wonderful!

  Okay I have to give a HUGE shout out to whoever submitted this recipe. I've been known to ruin a few roasts in my day but this recipe made it in to my "keeper" recipe book! Me and my husband both loved it! :)
