Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds frozen cubed hash browns
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 8 Ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 Package Ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix all ingredients in slow cooker that has been sprayed with Pam. Stir well. Salt and peper to taste. Cook on low 6 hours.

    I have tried this recipe twice now. very good. But today instead of mayo I substituted 1/2 cup of bacon and horseradish dip, and added some crumbled bacon. was absolutely delish.

    I LOVE your website! You saved me during my son’s and husband’s football season this year!!! Thank you!! I have a question about this dish. I am thinking of preparing it tonight for our end of season football banquet. Do I need to use the powdered Ranch dressing mix or actual Ranch dressing? Can’t wait to try it.     Certainly not on anyones diet, but so creamy, flavorful…just plain delicious! Served it to family and everyone wanted the recipe….even the kids loved it!
