This is one of Jenna's favorite desserts. It's a scrumptious cross between lemon bars and a lemon cheesecake. If you love either of those desserts, you'll definitely like this one - oh and did we mention you can make it in the slow cooker?! Easy and delicious - just the way we like it!
- 1 Box Supreme Bars mix, lemon flavor.(Made by Betty Crocker)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cups applesauce
- 1 (12-ounce) Tub of Whipped Cream Cheese
- 2 (8-ounce) cans of crescent rolls
- cooking spray
Place one can of unrolled crescent rolls in the bottom of 6-quart slow cooker.
Mix all other ingredients (saving other can of crescent rolls aside for the top) using the lemon mix AND crust mix packages out of Supreme Bars box.
Pour batter over the top of crescent rolls.
Tear crescent rolls into strips and place strips on top of the batter (a lot like a pie).
