Larry’s Healthy Muscle-building Fat-burning Meal
This makes the most yummy sauce to go over rice or mashed potatoes.
A vegetarian version of the Loaded Baked Potato Soup. Great if you have a budding vegetarian or someone with dairy allergies in your family.
Slow Cooked Chicken – Make delicious slow cooked chicken using chicken breast, cream of chicken soup and chicken taco seasoning

- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 beet, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker
cook on LOW for 4-6 hours
