Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker
I know lamb isn't as popular in the States as it is elsewhere in the world, but I happen to love it, so I'm always on the lookout for good recipes (plus my hubby is Turkish so he REALLY loves it! LOL), and now that I'm doing the crock-pot-trot at least once a week I would love to do more lamb related things in there.

- 2 Pounds Lamb Roast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
Place lamb roast in crock with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, some lemon juice and about a half cup of water.
Cook on LOW for 7 or 8 hours.
Serve with Jasmine rice with peas and mint, and salad with diced tomato, diced cucumber and diced onion with mint, basil, parsley, lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
