Kickin’ Chicken Tacos
Creamy Italian Chicken 2 - A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.
This is great with Wild rice or white rice so juicy. My family really enjoys this dish. Serve with fresh veggie's of your choice.

Yummy, tender chicken seasoned to perfection with a few ingredients; provides a versatile protein. Great slow cooker recipe!
- 3 Chicken breast, trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 1 Jar Corn and black bean salsa
- 1/4 Cup Water
Trim chicken breast and place on bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly on top of the chicken.
Pour a jar of your favorite salsa on top of the chicken and add the water. Place the lid on and cook for 3 hours on high (Cooking time may vary, I have a Crock Pot brand slow cooker.).
Shred the chicken and serve with your favorite taco toppings. Is also great as a nacho topping, salad topping, or as a sandwich filling. The spicy-ness will depend on the salsa you choose.
