Kickin’ Chicken Tacos
This recipe is quick and easy and very low in fat as well as calories. You can change up the ingredients to fit what your family likes.

Great for a lunch by the pool, a picnic in the woods, or a light summer meal. Don't forget to try as a dip too!

- 3 Chicken breast, trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 1 Jar Corn and black bean salsa
- 1/4 Cup Water
Trim chicken breast and place on bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly on top of the chicken.
Pour a jar of your favorite salsa on top of the chicken and add the water. Place the lid on and cook for 3 hours on high (Cooking time may vary, I have a Crock Pot brand slow cooker.).
Shred the chicken and serve with your favorite taco toppings. Is also great as a nacho topping, salad topping, or as a sandwich filling. The spicy-ness will depend on the salsa you choose.
