- 1 Pork Loin
- 2 Cans Chicken broth
- 1 Package Dry Italian dressing seasoning
- 1 Jar Giardiniera
Before you go to bed, put the pork roast in the slow cooker. Add 1 can of chicken broth. Sprinkle the packet of Italian dressing seasoning on the roast. Let it cook overnight on LOW.
In the morning, shred the roast. Drain the jar of Giardiniera and add to the roast. (I cut up some of the larger pieces before adding) Add Italian seasoning to taste. Add the other can of chicken broth.
Cook on LOW 8 hours.
