Easy Italian pull apart pork recipe
- 3-4 Pounds Pork Roast (Shoulder/Butt)
- 1 Jar Banana Pepper Rings
- 1 Pinch Pepper to taste
Place roast in slow cooker.
Pepper to taste.
Pour one jar banana pepper rings over roast (juice and all).
Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours, checking after 6 hours.
Pull apart with 2 forks.
Can add BBQ sauce if desired. Eat on buns. ENJOY!
