Easy Italian pull apart pork recipe


  • 3-4 Pounds Pork Roast (Shoulder/Butt)
  • 1 Jar Banana Pepper Rings
  • 1 Pinch Pepper to taste


  1. Step One

    Place roast in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Pepper to taste.

  3. Step Three

    Pour one jar banana pepper rings over roast (juice and all).

  4. Step Four

    Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours, checking after 6 hours.

  5. Step Five

    Pull apart with 2 forks.

  6. Step Six

    Can add BBQ sauce if desired. Eat on buns. ENJOY!

    WOW! This was surprisingly delicious! Doesn’t take much to put this one together. I didn’t have a lot of ingredients on hand tonight but did have all three ingredients for this recipe – jar of peppers, pepper, & pork. (In this case we had pork tenderloin). Just dumped it all in the crock pot, went to work, and came back to a great smelling house and dinner ready! What more can you ask for after a long day at work and extra after school activities with the kiddos! Best part is that we have leftovers for another night. This was my first time trying out this website. We look forward to discovering more recipes! Thanks!
