Easy Italian pork – A delicious recipe the whole family will love
- 3-5 Pounds pork loin roast
- 1/2 Cup soy sauce
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon thyme
- 1 Tablespoon rosemary
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker cook on low all day, shred meat. Serve on hoagie or dollar rolls with pepperoncini peppers.
