By request, here's my Porcupine Meatballs recipe for the slow cooker. Kids love them, but they also make a great sandwich or appetizer.

Serve over Fritos and top with sour cream and shredded cheese for a yummy “Frito Pie.” :-)
A quick, delicious recipe that serves a crowd!
- 1 Pound ground chuck
- 8 Ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 15 Ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1 Pound sharpe shredded cheese
- 1 Cup dry red wine
Brown meat in a skillet and drain.
combine all ingredients in slow cooker, and Heat until all cheese is melted. Serve with big chunks of Italian bread and a salad.
