This was great and I forgot the Pepperoncini peppers. I bet it will be even better with that.

Is this really cooked for 8 hours on high or is that a typo? That seems like a long time on high for a 2-3 pound roast.

Tried this with a combination of beef and venison. Delicious!

Delicious and super easy to prepare. I almost covered my meat with the broth because we like it a bit juicy. I think I’ll add even more in next time since i would have liked some more juice in the end.

We struggle with dinner due to our sports schedule with the kids…I have made 4 crockin recipes this week. All of them have been a hit at our house! The italian beef sandwiches were delicious ( I used a red pepper instead of green)!! It’s been nice to come home to a hot meal that Ican be prepared in the morning after football, baseball and soccer practice/games!!

another variation on this is instead of using water or beef broth, use the juice from the peperocini peppers. It’s way better than water.
