Italian Beef Sandwiches – Delicious and easy to make sandwiches
- 2-3 Pounds chuck roast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Cans beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning (heaping)
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and cook on slow for 7-8 hours.
Shred the beef and return to slow cooker.
Serve on crusty French bread.
