Ingredients

  • 1 Pound hot sausage
  • 1 large Jar medium salsa
  • 1/2- 1 block of Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Step One

    brown sausage, drain any grease, and place in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Cut half or whole block of Velveeta into 1 inch cubes. Add to slow cooker

  3. Step Three

    Top with salsa.

  4. Step Four

    Set to LOW and let cheese melt, stirring occasionally.

  5. Step Five

    Serve with chips.
