These Potatoes are great with Hamburgers or hot dogs are any main dish. My family loves this side.
- 2 Pounds Frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 Cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 Cup Butter melted
- 16 Ounce French Onion Dip
- 1 Pound Velvetta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
Place hash browns in slow cooker. Be sure and spray your crock pot with Pam before adding hash browns this will make clean up easier.
combine onion, bell pepper, butter dip and velvetta. Salt and Pepper to your taste.
Pour over hash browns and mix well.
Cook on low 2-3 hours
