Let this hamburger stew cook for several hours on low.  I think its better in a slow cooker then it is on the stove for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Pounds Browned hamburger
  • 2 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 2-3 Cans Large cans original Veg All
  • 1 Can Stewed tomatoes OR Rotel
  • 1 Pressed garlic clove
  • 1 Chopped onion (optional)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Put everything in slow cooker, juices and all.

  2. Step Two

    I let this cook for several hours on low. I think its better in a slow cooker then it is on the stove for 30 minutes.

    Long time crocker, short time poster. I’ve tried about 20 recipes so far from this site and this was my one and only failure. Seems like there might be an ingredient missing to pull it together. Mine ended up like boiled burger and veggies. Dumped some most of the liquid out and added 2 cans of chili to try to save it.
