Haley’s Favorite Lemon Congealed Salad
Beef Stroganoff with Cream Cheese – made in a slow cooker
They are done when the skin of the jalapenos start to wilt and look wrinkly.
Serve hot or at room temperature. I like them best at room temperature.
No need for a campfire with this slow cookin' S'mores treat!
This is my Granddaughters favorite summer salad. I try to make it for her and her friends. Great on a hot day
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Package Lemon Jello
- 8 Ounces Cream cheese room temp
- 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 Cup Miniature Mashmallows
- 1 small Can Crushed pineapple drained
- 8 Ounces Cool whip
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
Dissolve jello in water add cream cheese and marshmallows.
Beat until cream cheese and marshmallows are dissolved.
Add other ingredients (except cool whip and Pecans) and chill.
After chilled top with cool whip and sprinkle on pecans
