Enchilada Casserole – A delicious casserole for the slow cooker

Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 3 hrs
Temp Low
Yield Serves 8 burgers & 8 hotdogs

Grill hamburgers and/or hot dogs up to 3 hrs. before your party so you can spend time with your guests instead of sweating over a hot fire. Grilling ahead of time works great with your crockpot because the food doesn't dry out.

  • 32 Ounces lean ground beef
  • 1 Package ball park franks

  1. Step One

Grill burgers and hot dogs 1 to 2 hours ahead of time. Note: If you're going to need to leave them in the crock pot several hours, just don't cook them well done.

  2. Step Two

Set your crockpot on warm when your burgers are cooking. Immediately load the crockpot when the burgers come off the grill.

  3. Step Three

If you want the burgers piping hot, turn the heat up 10-15 minutes before your guests arrive. Happy Crockin'!
