Cooking for a crowd? Besides making sure you have enough to go around, you want everyone to leave the table raving about dinner right? This recipe will feed a crew and have them all singing your crockin’ praises! We have no doubt this will be a home run in your house and a definite repeat recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Chicken Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 (10 to 12 ounce) jar Salsa Verde
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • Cilantro, to taste
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup juice from chicken
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Cilantro, to taste
  • Lettuce (Topping)
  • Avocado (Topping)
  • Cheese (Topping)
  • Cilantro (Topping)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place all ingredients for chicken portion into slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.

  3. Step Three

    Remove 1 cup of juice from slow cooker and place in a mixing bowl.

  4. Step Four

    Add additional topping ingredients to mixing bowl and stir until combined.

  5. Step Five

    Shred chicken.

  6. Step Six

    Place chicken in corn or flour tortillas, add toppings, then drizzle with dressing.
