I liked the meat on this recipe but the sauce wasnt spot on. I used a different recipe for the sauce and toned down the fat. Love the videos you ladies make and I agree that it helps to have someone talking on the videos.

I made this over the week end and I wasn’t impressed. The tzatziki sauce to be honest was not good at all. I followed the directions, but it wasn’t right. I had to go to another website to be able to get a recipe that was good. I so prefer when Jenna and Nicole do it because you can get more from them than just a video that has no speaking, or explaining the steps. I think I will wait to try anything else until the girls come back.

I agree with Amy. The video was very weak. I look forward to the videos to double check things that may be incorrect on the actual recipe. Case in point-in the new magazine, Crocking Clean, I had to call to verify a can size while I in the middle of making a recipe. Luckily, I believe his name was Bruce, was there, and he literally got the corrected info for me within a minute! This wasn’t the 1st typo I found in one of the cookbooks but at least having a video to go back to, with REAL people talking, I could get the correct info. Please don’t lose touch with your supporters. They are what can make or break you. Most of us like to see you guys do your couple of minutes demonstrating the recipe so we know for sure the best way to make it work right. If we lose that, you just become another flat page to read. I hope that doesn’t happen!

This site just isn’t the same without Jenna and Nicole. Very disappointing.

I hope this recipe is good. I’m planning to try it. I’m a little disappointed in the video. I know this site has gotten a lot of negativity thrown at. I hope the fix to this is not taking out the personal touch of the videos.

Naturally, being Greek, I would not use Italian Seasoning in the recipe, but Greek Seasoning, which is very similar. I will be trying your crock pot version.
