Lentil and Sausage Stew – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
Little Smokies in a wonderful Apricot Honey Mustard sauce. So good. The crowd will keep coming back for more with this one
- 16 Ounces Apricot Preserves
- 1/3 Cup Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 6 Scallions Chopped
- 2 Pounds Mini Smoked Sausages
- 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
In a 3 1/2 guart slow cooker, mix together the preserves, mustard, honey, bell peppers, scallions and mini smoked sausages.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Remove the cover stir to mix. serve wtih toothpicks.
