So simple. Just buy already cooked rotisere chicken!
Given to me by a very great family friend...this is a very versatile chili that is great for a quick throw together meal or awesome with corn tortilla chips for the big game!!! You can use whatever beans you desire...but the following is what I typically use and generally have on hand. Enjoy!
- 15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans
- 15 oz Can Navy Beans
- 1 Can Bush's Baked Beans- A sweet variety
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Pound Browned Ground Beef
- 1 (18-20 oz) Jar Favorite BBQ Sauce- again sweet variety
- 1 Can Black Beans
Brown Hamburger with whatever seasonings you love!
Chop Onion to preferred size.
Throw ALL ingredients into crock and stir a few times.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours and then sit back and enjoy a hearty bowl of chili with your friends and family!
