It’s Game Time! Pee-Wee, Varsity, College, Pro, and every level in between, it’s that time of year again! Regardless of what sport you are watching (or NOT watching for that matter), we all love to get together and EAT! We love to entertain company and would rather spend that time engaging with our guests than stressing over the food. The Cream Cheese Corn Dip and the Meatballs are just a few examples of some quick snacks that are very simple to put together and very tasty too! -Jenna and Nicole
Used 6-quart slow cooker
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 Can Green Chiles
- 1 Package Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1 Package Frozen Meatballs
- 1 Jar BBQ sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
Cream Cheese Corn Dip
Place all ingredients(Before frozen meatballs) into slow cooker (we use a small 2 quart) and cook on LOW for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until melted through and then switch to warm. Serve as a dip with chips.
Meatballs with Barbecue Sauce
Place frozen meatballs into slow cooker and cover with entire bottle of BBQ sauce and water.
Cover and cook on HIGH until meatballs are heated through, switch to low to keep meatballs warm.
