Game Day Nachos

Entertaining is one of our favorite things! We love to have people gather around, have a good time, and top it all of with some yummy food! Now what can be better than spending time with friends and family? Easy prep meals and very little clean up, that is what! This recipe puts a fun spin on nachos and makes clean up a breeze- TOTAL TOUCHDOWN!

1 pound lean hamburger meat, uncooked
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 can beer
1 cup salsa
1 (15.25 ounce) can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

Topping Options:
individual chip bags
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
whole black olives
diced onion
shredded cheese
dressing of choice

1. In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, add uncooked hamburger meat.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine beer, salsa, and taco seasoning. Mix well. Pour over hamburger meat.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
4. Pour meat into a strainer and drain well.
5. Return to the slow cooker, add beans and corn.
6. Cook for an additional hour on LOW.
7. Serve in individual chip bags (nacho cheese was our favorite) and add all the toppings your heart desires!
