French Onion Soup with Beef Tips – Delicious and simple recipe for the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Pounds cubed stew beef
  • 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 Can French onion soup

Directions

  1. Step One

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on low all day.

  3. Step Three

    Serve over rice or egg noodles.

    This recipe is the bomb.com… my family loved it. I have never made it before and this is a regular in my house. Some how I didn’t read good .. I have been browning my meat, an extra step I can leave out.

    Katie C., just to clarify, mine won’t eat that onion soup mix either, but this isn’t the mix. It is a french onion soup in a can by Campbell’s. At least that is what I read and used and he didn’t say one word about it. It doesn’t taste like the french onion soup powdered mix that yours and my husband both loathe. :)

    If your husband is not OK with the can of French Onion Soup you can try some condensed beef broth and add some onion powder.
