Yummy Enchiladas easy to make in the slow cooker


  • 1.5 Pounds Hamburger meat
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 Can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 Can Cream of mushroom
  • 1 (small) Can Chopped green chilies
  • 1 Can Red enchilada sauce
  • 12 Corn or flour tortillas


  1. Step One

    Brown meat and onions in skillet and drain.

  2. Step Two

    Put in slow cooker with all other ingredients except tortillas.

  3. Step Three

    Cook 4 hrs. on HIGH or 8 on LOW.

  4. Step Four

    One hour before done, tear up tortillas and add to pot.

  5. Step Five

    Enjoy! They are delish!

    This recipe was submitted to the website and we haven’t tried it yet. But since it calls for 12 tortillas, I would think your need to stir them in. Happy Crockin’, girl :)

    Great suggestion, ladies! We’ve talked about adding that once all the craziness of this new crockin’ thing slows down a little. For now, there are a lot of apps that you can get that will calculate the nutritional info for you. Just plug in the recipe ingredients. Also, our Triple C recipe is yummy and good for you!     I was wondering the same thing as Diane. I’d love to have the nutritional info included if possible. They do all sound delicious, but I’m trying to keep things as low in fat as possible to keep my family healthy.

    Do you plan to add nutritional information to your recipes? They all sound great but it seems to me they are very high in fat.
