Easy Slow Cooked Fajitas – An easy and delicious recipe for the whole family to enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 Package pre-marinated fajita beef
  • 1 Can Rotel
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Step One

    Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Step Two

    Combine all ingredients.

  3. Step Three

    Cook on high 4-5 hours

  4. Step Four

    Serve with warm tortillas, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

    A lot of pre-marinated fajita meat comes pre-cut. If not, it is totally up to you. I like to cut mine before cooking so when it is ready, I can start eating. :)
