Easy Slow Cooked Barbecue – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker


  • 4 Pounds Beef roast
  • 1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (10 ounce) Bottle barbecue sauce
  • Coleslaw


  1. Step One

    Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Add beef and then cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).

  3. Step Three

    Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.

  4. Step Four

    Add BBQ sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.

  5. Step Five

    Serve on buns with coleslaw. Serves: 8-10, Yield: 8 sandwiches
