Easy Slow Cooked Barbecue - A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
- 4 Pounds Beef roast
- 1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 (10 ounce) Bottle barbecue sauce
Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in theÂ slow cooker.
Add beef and then cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).
Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.
Add BBQ sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.
Serve on buns with coleslaw. Serves: 8-10, Yield: 8 sandwiches
