Ingredients

  • 6-8 thin pork chops
  • 1-2 Can chicken and rice soup
  • 1/2 Can water
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions

  1. Step One

    Season chops lightly with salt, pepper and garlic powder and place in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Combine soup and water; pour over chops.

  3. Step Three

    Cook on low all day.

    I’ve been making a similar recipe using my oven for years…I definitely will use the slow cooker next time I make it…for an added kick/taste I coat the chops with some spicy brown mustard.
