Easy Make Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Beef Shoulder Roast
  • 1 Package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 Package Au Jus Gravy
  • Deli Buns
  • Provolone Cheese

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place Shoulder roast, Italian dressing mix and au jus mix into crock pot.

  2. Step Two

    Cook for 6 hours on low.

  3. Step Three

    Shred meat and stir in juices.

  4. Step Four

    Serve on deli buns with provolone for awesome Italian beef.

    I was given this recipe by a friend of mine and we made it tonight! It’s one of my family’s favorites. The recipe given to me also included enough beef stock/broth to cover the roast. I’m not sure if water was supposed to be added to your recipe or if it makes lots of it’s own juices. Mine always makes a ton of yummy dipping sauce and you can strain the remainder and make French onion soup the next day!
