    Jennifer,
As long as your slow cooker is big enough to handle it. Make sure you increase the broth and seasoning.

Can this recipe be doubled for 8 chciken breasts & how long will it need to cook?
I’ve made this many time before with only 4 chicken breasts & it came out great every time.

These are so easy to make – definitely one of my favorite crock pot recipes! The chicken comes out with just the right amount of seasoning. The other comments that talk about it heating up well are very true as well. Very easy to heat up for lunch the next day.

This was super easy and very yummy. It was even better the next day for left overs. I served it on fresh soft corn tortillas and it was so good! All that was missing was some guacamole. HMMM next time.

These were a hit at my house! Delicious! We are a family of 5 and we have enough for another meal. I took the chicken out of the crockpot to shred, and drained out the juice. Definately making this again!
