Easy Chicken Chili
Taste like Restaurant style wings in a sandwich so good.
This is a favorite anytime of year, we use it as a simple side during grilling season and have added to our holiday menu.
Beef Stroganoff with Cream Cheese – made in a slow cooker

- 4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
- 1 Jar Salsa (16 ounces)
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Package Frozen Corn (bag)
- 1 Package Cream Cheese
Combine chicken, salsa and black beans in slow cooker on HIGH for 5 hours.
Stir in corn and cream cheese and cook on LOW for 45 minutes or until cream cheese is melted.
Always check internal temperature of poultry with meat thermometer.
