Easy Breezy Rump Roast
A wonderful, hearty soup that takes only minutes to prep. Pair it with fresh bread from your bread machine and you'll have a down home meal with little effort.
A taste of the islands in a stew.
Frozen chicken corn taquitos, Cream of mushroom, Diced tomatoes, Green chiles, Sour cream, and Shredded "mexican blend" cheese
A super easy and delicious roast with a to die for gravy.
- 1 2-4 lb roast
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1 can condensed French Onion Soup
- 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 Carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Season roast with salt and pepper and brown in skillet until seared.
Place in slow cooker and arrange onions around roast.
Mix together soups and pour over roast.
Cook in low 6-8 hours or until fork tender.
About 1 hour before done, add carrots to cooker.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
