Grandma’s pot roast is a satisfying warm comfort food that is made easy by cooking in the slow cooker
I make this roast for New Years day with our beans and cornbread - always a BIG hit! Also really good on sandwiches :) enjoy!
A wonderful, spicy roast.

- 2-3 Pounds London broil (or other lean beef roast)
- 1 (10 oz) Can Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (10 oz) Can Tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 Package Dry onion soup mix
Place roast in sprayed crock pot.
Combine all the soups, mix well and pour over the roast.
Cover & cook on high for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the thickness of the roast.
The gravy is great over rice, noodles or potatoes.
