Ingredients
- 2-3 Pounds London broil (or other lean beef roast)
- 1 (10 oz) Can Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (10 oz) Can Tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 Package Dry onion soup mix
Directions

Step One
Place roast in sprayed crock pot.

Step Two
Combine all the soups, mix well and pour over the roast.

Step Three
Cover & cook on high for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the thickness of the roast.

Step Four
The gravy is great over rice, noodles or potatoes.

I’ve made this recipe before, it is delicious. My family gets tired of chicken so it’s a nice change. Goes great with rice.
