Italian Beef – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
Drunken Roast – Slow cooker recipe for drunken roast made with beer
- 3-4 Pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 Can Beef Broth
- 1 Can Beer
- 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
- Mozzarella Cheese
Put roast in the bottom of slow cooker.
Pour beef broth over all.
Pour beer into slow cooker.
Sprinkle with dry lipton onion soup mix.
Cook on low 6-8 hours (The roast will just break apart with a fork it is so tender).
Serve on rolls and top with mozzarella cheese. Dip into juice like French Dip!
