Drip Beef -A delicious and easy to make recipe.
- 3-4 Pounds Roast
- 1 Can Light beer
- 1 Package Dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 Can Beef broth
Place roast in slow cooker.
Mix beer, dressing mix and beef broth.
Pour over roast.
Cook on low all day.
Serve on toasted hoagie bun with provolone cheese.
