Ingredients
- 3-4 Pounds Roast
- 1 Can Light beer
- 1 Package Dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 Can Beef broth
Directions

Step One
Place roast in slow cooker.

Step Two
Mix beer, dressing mix and beef broth.

Step Three
Pour over roast.

Step Four
Cook on low all day.

Serve on toasted hoagie bun with provolone cheese.
