Ingredients

  • 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Package Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
  • Pecans, chopped (desired amount)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix first 4 ingredients together in your crock and top with pecans and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.

    Hey Janet. It’s just a standard size pkg of blueberries…I think about 10oz. The pineapple is a standard size, about 15oz. The greatness of the slow cooker is the ability to have a little more of this or that without affecting the recipe. If you REALLY like blueberries, then use more. If you’re not a big fan of pineapple, go easy on it (or leave it out completely!). You can really adjust this crockin’ recipe (or any crockin’ recipe for that matter) to your taste w/o changing the time much, if at all. I hope that helps, girl.
