Triple Chocolate Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 (3 3/8 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c chocolate chips
3/4 c oil
4 eggs
1 c water

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine ALL ingredients and mix by hand until completely mixed, then pour into slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours

Serve warm with ice cream.

THIS IS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    it was the flavor.... but I figured out what happened.... it was 5:30 in the morning and apparently I didn't mix the sour cream in there good enough.... so that what I bit into. Later on I scooped out more and it was delicious.... that's what I get for trying to be somewhat "domestic" that early in the morning. :)

    ok... a little help, please. I put this on this morning (I have a crock pot with a timer- as to not over cook). I have to say, it is awful. I followed the recipe to the "t" and even rechecked it when I tried a bite. I have made the chocolate lava cake many time before and have never had a problem, so i wonder- did an ingredient get left out??

    Can you use a mix with pudding already in it? If so, would you also add the extra pudding mix? Thanks!!!
