Dad’s Swiss Steak
This recipe for Italian beef sandwiches will have your home smelling amazing and your mouth watering
White Wine (I used Riesling), Cream of Celery Soup (Can use Cream of Mushroom), Honey Mustard, Minced Garlic, Pork Chops (3/4 inch thick), Salt, and Pepper
Shepherd’s Pie – tasty and delicious dish
A melt in your mouth steak with a tomato mushroom sauce! My father, who is no longer with us loved swiss steak, In honor of him, I created this easy recipe that is done when you get home from work.
- 2 Pounds Top round steak or london broil
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Can Stewed tomato (italian herb flavor)
- 1 Can Beef broth
Place steak in bottom of slow cooker
Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over meat.
Cover and cook on for six to eight hours on LOW.
I serve over white rice and a side of green beans, just like my dad liked it!
