Used 6-quart slow cooker
Slow cooked Potato Breakfast – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker.
- 2 Baking potatoes - sliced thick
- 1 Onion - sliced medium
- 1 Cup Shredded cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped peppers
- 1-2 Tablespoons Butter
- Meat (Any kind will do!)
Grease the slow cooker good.
Layer the ingredients, all but the butter in the greased slow cooker.
Salt and pepper then dot with butter.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
Recipe can be used as a main dish for breakfast or a side dish to any meal.
Recipe can be doubled for larger get-togethers.
