    Kelli,
I think this is a perfect recipe to experiment your favorite pizza toppings. Let us know how it turns out.

Can you use different stuff besides pepperoni, and it turn out ok? my kids like pineapple and canadian bacon pizza, thought that might be good instead w sausage instead of beef.

  3. Kim C.

Everyone in the family thought it was good but definitely needed 2 jars of sauce. I added turkey pepperoni along with the ground beef.

Another way to do this one would be to use Mac N Cheese of your choice to make it a little cheesier, I usually use the original Kraft. After you brown your meat and cook your mac according to the box, then layer into the crock pot. A good addition to the ingredients is Canadian Bacon! I like to use the Ragu Pizza Quick Snack Sauce. They are small jars so I usually use 2-3 jars.

My kids and I thought it was pretty good. I don’t think there was enough sauce though. Maybe my jar was too small or I will try using 2 jars next time, or the spaghetti sauce idea from Alicia. :)

My kids loved this one! Did it on the stove and used my regular spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce. They didn’t know the difference and actually raved over this more than regular spaghetti. Go figure! :-)

    Wendy,
Absolutely, use your favorite meat to make it your own. Make sure you drain the excess grease just like you would with the hamburger.
