This easy peasy chicken taco meat recipe is a great option for entertaining the masses.
Kathy’s family invented this recipe, which has been a favorite for many years.

- 2-3 Chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 1 Package Dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
- 8 Ounces Cream cheese
- 1 Cup Chicken broth
Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle italian seasoning over chicken.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Cook on low for 4-6 hrs. Mix soup, cream cheese, and broth until smooth.
Add this mixture to slow cooker and cook on low for 1 more hour.
Serve over hot over cooked noodles.
