Crockin’ Chicken Salsa
This is a great game day dip, serve with tortilla chips.
- 6 Frozen chicken breasts
- 8 oz. block of cream cheese
- 8 Ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 Ounces corn, drained and rinsed
- 8 Ounces Rotel
- 1 Pound shredded cheedar cheese
Put frozen chicken in the crock.
top the chicken with cream cheese.
add in the Black Beans, corn, rotel and bag of cheese.
Cover & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
