This is a great game day dip, serve with tortilla chips.


  • 6 Frozen chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 8 Ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 Ounces corn, drained and rinsed
  • 8 Ounces Rotel
  • 1 Pound shredded cheedar cheese


  1. Step One

    Put frozen chicken in the crock.

  2. Step Two

    top the chicken with cream cheese.

  3. Step Three

    add in the Black Beans, corn, rotel and bag of cheese.

  4. Step Four

    Cover & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
