Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pinto beans (washed, picked over and soaked)
  • 1 white onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water poured About an inch over the beans
  • 1-2 cups picante sauce
  • Chopped Cilantro to taste

Directions

  1. Step One

    Cook beans, onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper on LOW for 8 hours. Add in picante sauce and cilantro and cover for 30 minutes.
