I use regular Wish-Bone Italian dressing and cook the chicken breasts on “Low” for 3 hours, then mix a can of “Cream of Chicken” soup, 1 pk of Creamed Cheese (I mix them together with a hand-held mixer) and 1 small can of diced mushrooms. Pour mixture over the chicken breasts and cook on low for another 2-3 hours. It ALWAYS turns out very moist and tender. The “sauce” is wonderful over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy !
