Ingredients

  • 1 Pound pork chops
  • 5 large red potatoes
  • 1 large Can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Step One

    Cut potatoes into fours, then layer them in the bottom of crock pot.

  2. Step Two

    Layer cream of mushroom soup over the potatoes then place the pork chops in and add another layer of cream of mushroom.

  3. Step Three

    Repeat steps 1&2 until you run out of food or space but never double the layer of pork or potatoes always make sure cream of mushroom is in the middle. you can add any veggies if you want as well.

    Pork obviously gets nice and tender but I’m failing to see how this dish was so delicious. Even my husband said to scrap this recipe and he eats anything and everything. Trying the bacon ranch chicken tonight and hoping for better luck

    My husband did love this dish. I added carrots and onions as well as the potatos. I serverd it over rice.

    My family LOVES this meal! I make a double batch, and use 1 can COM soup and 1 can of Golden Mushroom……….soooooo good! I also add frozen corn, and season with my favorite seasoning, CUMIN! DELICIOUS!

    I would not suggest cooking on high I think it would ruin so I do low for 6 hours which is plenty good normally
