Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
creamy chicken cooked easily in the slow cooker makes for a simple quick and healthy dinner for the entire family
- 1 Can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 Cup white cooking wine
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1 Package cream cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 5hrs.
Before serving, whisk the sauce to remove lumps.
Serve over pasta or rice.
