This was pretty good but somehow the chicken was dryer than i would have liked. I would add more liquid of some sort if i made this again in the future.

I can tell you it is actually irresponsible to have this meal under the healthy tab when 1 serving exceeds the daily rec. for TOTAL intake of sodium and the fat content is high also.

Shannon, we’re just a couple of crockin’ mamas, too, so calculating the nutrition is out of our league! However, we have found a handy website that allows you to type in all your ingredients and does the calculating for you! Happy Crockin’, and good luck with your weight loss!

I just recently decided to start trying to lose weight (I’m borderline obese and changes need to be made). I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. While it is delicious (I only ate the chicken and a small portion of the rice mixture) I was wondering how many calories is consisted of. I’m using my fitness pal to help track my calories but I don’t know how to figure out the calories is it’s one of your recipes. Can you help? I also need the calorie count for the Sweet Green Beans.
