Chicken and Dumplings – A delicious and simple recipe for the slow cooker
Being from Texas, you either have a ranch or at least know someone with one. In this case, we love our Ranch! We use it on our salad, pizza, and even as a dip....
Complete meal in one!
- 2 Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 11/2 Cups Water
- 1 (6 oz) Package Seasoned Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix
- 4 (large) Carrots, thickly sliced ( about 3 cups)
- 8 Skinless, boneless Chicken Breast halves (about 2 lbs)
In slow cooker mix soup, water, rice and carrots. Add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low 7 - 8 hours or until chicken and rice are done.
